Biography

Jeff was born in Asheboro, North Carolina in 1971 and was raised in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.  After graduating from North Carolina State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Jeff earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. While in law school, Jeff was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, Order of Wig and Robe and received a CALI award in Corporations and Constitutional Law.

Jeff joined the Bellamy Law Firm in 1998 and has been admitted to practice law in both North and South Carolina, maintaining offices in both the Firm’s North and South Carolina locations. His practice area focuses on commercial and residential real estate, development, zoning and land use planning, corporate work, and foreclosures. Jeff has worked with developers on numerous oceanfront high-rise resort developments, mixed-use developments, single-family residential subdivisions and commercial developments. Jeff was on the CLE Panel for the South Carolina Bar Association’s Real Estate Basic Seminar in 2008. Jeff is a member of the Horry County and South Carolina Bar Associations as well as the Brunswick County and North Carolina Bar Associations.

Jeff resides in North Myrtle Beach where he is an active member of the North Myrtle Beach Rotary Club, North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is a Cub Scout leader. Jeff is a busy father of four. When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their children. He also enjoys playing golf and boating.
