Biography
Marty was born in Marion, South Carolina in 1972. Marty graduated from Clemson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. Marty graduated from law school at Ohio Northern University in 1998, and then obtained his LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University in 2000.
Marty joined the Bellamy Law Firm in 1998. Marty’s practice focuses on tax, estate planning and probate, transactional law, and general business including company formations and business transactions. Marty is a member of the Horry County and South Carolina Bar Associations.
Marty resides in North Myrtle Beach. Marty has lectured at various community organizations regarding tax and estate planning, and is a member of the Grand Strand Area Estate Planning Council. He is actively involved in volunteering to raise money for programs to assist autistic children.
When not practicing law, Marty enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their son. He also enjoys playing golf, boating and fishing.
