Biography

Phillip was born in Charleston, South Carolina in 1981.  He grew up in St. George, South Carolina where he graduated high school from Dorchester Academy in 2000.

He then attended the University of South Carolina majoring in Accounting and graduated cum laude from the Darla Moore School of Business in 2004.  In 2008, he graduated cum laude from the Charleston School of Law, where he was an Associate Articles Editor for the Charleston Law Review and received the CALI Award for Limited Liability Company Planning.  While attending law school Phillip served as an intern at the Charleston County Probate Court.  He also clerked for a local tax law firm during the summers between his first and second years of law school.  After graduating from the Charleston School of Law, he attended the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida and received a Master of Laws in Taxation degree in 2009.

Phillip joined the Bellamy Law Firm in August of 2009 and practices in the areas of Taxation, Corporate Law, General Business Law, Probate and Estate Planning.
