Ben Baroody is a shareholder in the firm’s litigation department. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried more than twenty cases to verdict and participated in countless hearings before State and Federal Court Judges in South Carolina and North Carolina. He has argued cases before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals of South Carolina.
Ben’s practice focuses on representation of both business and individuals in all aspects of business, employment and probate disputes. He also assists other lawyers in his firm in preparing plans, strategies and documents to prevent disputes and lawsuits.
